I have been in the newspaper business for a number of years, first as a reporter, and now as a lifestyle columnist for two different papers. I have won a few awards for my column with the Georgia Press Association over the years and enjoy writing about parenting, family, women's issues and other life happenings - all with a humorous, yet meaningful spin.
